Team Canada Chef Samuel Sirois compete for first place at Bocuse d'Or in Lyon

The international Bocuse d'Or competition will be held in Lyon from January 20 to 23, 2023. After winning the silver medal at the Bocuse d'Or Americas, ITHQ chef Samuel Sirois and his assistant will represent Canada among the 23 other international teams. They will compete against the best chefs to try to win gold in France.
