But which bottle will I be able to offer her? To find an exceptional, unique fragrance, head to the Frédéric Malle boutique, near the Place des Vosges, in the Marais district. Perfumers' portraits, refrigerated perfume cabinets, consultation desks, scent columns, inside this futuristic curiosity cabinet, visitors discover a collection of exclusive perfumes, marketed under the names of great master perfumers, guaranteeing complete creative freedom. An innovative concept initiated by Frédéric Malle, grandson of the founder of Christian Dior perfumes.

The natural care and products with vintage packaging offered by the Officine Universelle Bully have not aged since the opening of a store in rue Saint-Honoré in 1803. Let's meet on rue de Saintonge, in the Marais, for an unusual and authentic shopping session.

Between two shopping sprees, let's take a cultural break at the Perrotin gallery. Located in a private mansion in the rue de Turenne, in the Marais district, it is one of the most prestigious art galleries in Paris. Emmanuel Perrotin, its iconoclastic founder, who has several exhibition spaces in the world's major megalopolises, has a credo: to make contemporary art more accessible by offering free guided tours and podcasts. Among the French and international artists exhibited in Paris are Mathilde Denize, Genesis Belanger and Ivan Argote.

4. Angelina's tea room

There are street numbers that we remember very well and others that we don't pay attention to. 226 rue de Rivoli is undoubtedly in the first category. It is here that tourists, curious people, art lovers and businessmen come to savor the hot chocolate of the Angelina house accompanied by its signature pastry, the indestructible Mont-Blanc entremet, while admiring the Belle Epoque décor of this iconic Parisian tea room. A second number to remember is 45, designating the table occupied by fashion designer Coco Chanel.

5. Louis Vuitton Foundation

After a stroll in the Bois de Boulogne or the Jardin d'Acclimatation, take in the sights from the terrace of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, which has become a must-see for any cultural visit to Paris. Its futuristic architecture echoes the contemporary works to be discovered in the exhibition spaces. Monet, Mitchell, Morozov, Simon Hantaï, Basquiat, Wahrol, the greatest modern and contemporary artists are revealed to escape and be cultivated.

About Camille Tanoh

If there's (at least) one thing that unites Kendall Jenner and Lewis Hamilton, it's fashion and the eco-friendly clothing and footwear brand The Proper Label, founded in 2018 by Camille Tanoh and her sister Sonia. Before moving to New York, the young French designer and entrepreneur cut his teeth with Nicolas Ghesquiere, Paul Smith and Pierre Hardy before setting out to conquer the North American market. A model of French success and a figure of diversity, Camille Tanoh never forgets his origins and his hometown, Paris, where he grew up and gave life to his dreams.
