Even if you are not an experienced sportsperson, the permanently electrically assisted mountain bikes let you cover more distance than with a traditional mountain bike. Aqua biking in the sea: pedal on the waves!

Approved by the medical profession, this surprising practice is very popular among top-level sportspeople.

Stand Up Paddle: walk on water!

Solo or in a group, this water sport is ideal to learn how to use a board and paddle. You will learn about improving balance, paddle technique, curving and safety in an initial 30 minute session.
