Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort’s Blue Bay Restaurant
The reputation of the modern and elegant Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort was further enhanced when their Blue Bay restaurant and French/West Indian chef, Marcel Ravin, was awarded a Michelin star. A 250 seat establishment with panoramic views of the seaside and, especially for gastronomes, tables positioned opposite the open kitchen, it has a menu inspired by Mediterranean and Caribbean flavours, with dishes that feel like art.

The restaurant was certified organic (“bio”) in 2013 by “Ecocert,” the French leader in Organic conservation certification, and was awarded one Michelin star in 2014. Le Condamine Market
The most picturesque attraction is the daily morning Condamine Market located Place d’Armes near the Port Hercule. It’s a colourful Provençal market and centre of Monégasque life with local specialties to sample or buy. The open-air market features fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers, and the covered market offers butchery, fishmonger, bakeries and much more.
Les Perles de Monte-Carlo (Oysters from Monaco)
Seafood lovers and connoisseurs head towards the Port de Fontvieille in Monaco, and meet at Les Perles de Monte-Carlo, an oyster bar located at the very tip of the pier. Brice Cachia and Frédéric Rouxeville, both certified biologists, launched their sea products refining enterprise in 2011 with a goal: refining oysters and other fine seafood products in a region where traditional oyster farming is almost non-existent.
The friendly family team is eager to share this experience and welcomes you daily Monday through Saturday.
