France is the home of naturism

There are over 80 centres and 180 clubs throughout the country ready to welcome you, which makes France the country most visited by naturists (over 1.5 million every year) and the best-equipped to meet their needs.

The diversity of these centres means you are bound to find one to suit you, whatever you are looking for.

By the sea, in the mountains or in the countryside, all the naturist organisations approved by the Fédération Française de Naturisme [French Naturist Federation] guarantee a protected environment - nature, peace, cleanliness - and offer a range of entertainments.

The naturism approved by the Fédération Française de Naturisme is divided into 2 main sectors:

• the association sector which includes 186 clubs and associations
• the tourism sector with 86 holiday centres

Beaches

The FFN recommends beaches authorised by bylaw and run or supervised by an approved club or holiday centre.

Clubs

Situated in or close to towns, the 180 or so clubs offer their members a naturist atmosphere all year round by organising a range of activities.

Holiday centres

86 naturist holiday centres of different sizes all over France offer a wide choice of holidays, with accommodation in a campsite, chalet or apartment.
