With "Ocean, an unparalleled dive" From April 3, 2019 to Jan 5, 2020, the Paris Museum of Natural History is presenting a peek into the most unknown and difficult to access part of our planet. Discover the ocean in the Jardin des Plantes, in the Grande Galerie de l'Evolution.

Come see for yourself the most amazing sea creatures at the Paris Museum of Natural History this season. The Jardin des Plantes, just a stones throw from the Right Bank of the Seine, is the kingdom of nature. The exhibition "Ocean, an unparalleled dive" is open to the public there once again.

Unparalleled biodiversity in the depths of the Southern Ocean

Far from the stomping grounds of familiar marine animals, this exhibition takes visitors along on a journey to the greatest depths of the ocean. There lies an unbelievable biodiversity, like the microscopic life evolving within plankton or sea fauna of the great depths thriving in the icy waters of the Southern Ocean.
