Bordeaux’s former submarine base, a historic relic of the Second World War, has been given a new lease of life, and transformed into the Bassins des Lumières. In this exceptional venue, the Bassin des Lumières has taken up residence across four wet docks, creating the biggest digital art centre in the world.
